I have been a Tall Tree South owner since 1978. I was president of the Board back in the early 1980s and was elected back on the Board in October 2003. I do not live at Tall Tree South, but rent my condo, however, I am very concerned that the Association be run properly.

I also serve on the board South Fairfax Heritage Recreation Association B, which runs the pool for Tall Tree South, Maplewood Village, and Tall Tree Gardens. The pool association is faced with an aging infrastructure and low reserves.
