Dave and Greg, our site managers, left us Friday, January 16, 2009. The board proceeded to hire Jason Smith as our new site manager; he began the following week and is working out just great.

That said, we do need to have a contract for ongoing, full service site management rather than financials-only site management. The board is proceeding in that direction.
